Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the flat $2,500 listing fee charged by Systematic Realty LLC for the listing service offered through 2500EveryTime.com.

What You Are Purchasing

The $2,500 flat fee purchases a full-service MLS listing including professional photography, marketing exposure, expert pricing strategy, negotiation support, and brokerage representation through closing of your Michigan property.

Full Refund — Before Work Begins

You are entitled to a 100% refund of the $2,500 listing fee if you cancel before any of the following has occurred:

• Your property has been photographed by our photographer
• Your listing has been entered into the MLS
• Marketing materials have been produced for your property

Refund requests in this window are honored within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Partial Refund — After Work Begins

Once any of the activation milestones above has occurred, the $2,500 fee is partially earned. We will refund any unearned portion at our reasonable discretion based on services already rendered. Photography, MLS input, and marketing production each carry direct, non-recoverable costs.

No Refund — At or After Closing

Once a property closes successfully, the listing fee is fully earned and non-refundable.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first if you have any concern about a charge. Most issues can be resolved within one business day. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us delays resolution and may incur additional administrative fees.

How to Request a Refund

Email realestateonly@hotmail.com or call 734-773-8990 with your name, listing address, and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
